Yesterday I ate some of lemon cake loaf from Walmart. I had bad stomach cramping and diarrhea soon after. My one year-old grand baby also ate some of my cake and she had a terrible diarrhea for a couple of hours. I thought it was probably something else. I didn’t think there was any way that it would be that lemon cake loaf, but I had another piece before I went to bed and a 1-2 hours later I was extremely sick with diarrhea again, and severe nausea and vomiting.. Got sick after eating lemon slice cake from deli. My granddaughter, one year old, got sick as well. Diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
