My 4 year old has been eating cheerios lately and has been complaining of a really bad stomach ache. I had her stop eating them and the stomach aches stopped.07/01 Update: The symptoms have went away because I do not give her the cereal anymore. She just had a really bad stomach ache she was crying and nothing would help it just very off for her that never happens with her and she had a lot of the cheerios that day she like to just snack on them. But since I have not given them there had been no issues. | Symptoms: Stomach Pain

Have her tested for oat allergies. It is a thing.
