I ate a premade Caesar salad from the deli at Walmart in Conyers GA, and I also ate chicken wings on the deli department then throwing up diarrhea fever. Maybe hours later. I had to go to the emergency room and was diagnosed with food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
