A roast beef and cheddar sub made and sold from the deli, I purchased a roast beef and cheddar sub and took it to work with me the next day for lunch. I had half the sub around 12:30 and by 3:00 I was doubled over in pain with stomach spasms and was flushing with fever. Around 5 I was in the car on the way home and began vomiting violently and repetitively into a Mart plastic bag. This was on a Saturday. Its Tuesday today and I tried to eat some fruit and the stomach cramps came back ... I literally cannot eat. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Muscle Spasms, Fever
