Trisodium phosphate is an ingredient that could cause these symptoms.Maybe they put too much of this ingredient in this batch of cereal.

That's a pretty plausible theory. Although, I've read reports that came in from people who got sick like, late last year, and I just find it hard to believe it was only one batch that got contaminated
