Friday, May 11, 2018 my family, in-laws and I had a cookout. We all ate the Great Value 100% pure Beef Burgers, boughten at Walmart in a box of 32 burgers. Symptoms of nausea, vomiting, fever, and extreme stomach pains started in first family member that Sunday evening, and as the days passed there were 8 family members or friends that attended this cookout who had the same symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
