Spinach Salad Illness Suspected - Walmart, Wooster Ohio

I had purchased a Marketside Ceasar Salad on Thursday. Date was good until December 24, 2017. Kept it refrigerated. Ate it after work. within 1 1/2 hours, I became extremely ill with intense stomach cramps and vomiting. I have never vomitted so profoundly. I nearly aspirated. It has been close to 24 hours. I just finally ate a piece of dry toast. Can only takes sips of water. I have Zoframon hand and it hasn't touched the nausea. I have only been able to get out of bed to go to the bathroom. Something about eating that salad. Something about the unusually large amount of spinach. I still may go to the ER as I am dehydrated and my stomach is so very sore. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Soreness
