Husband and I had Honey Nut Cheerios for breakfast with milk and we both ended up with stomach cramps and diarrhea all day. This is the second time it has happened to me and the symptoms were similar. I realized a pattern after eating the cereal a second time and having diarrhea thereafter so I believe this is the cause. It was confirmed for me when my husband came down with the same illness of stomach cramps and diarrhea.. Same thing happened to me. Havent had them in a while but my child wanted them. I made me a bowl and its been an all day toilet hug.
