Ate a market side blueberry streusel muffin from the bakery pack of 4. It was purchased two days ago Within an hour or so intense stomach pain and nausea. Even later I still have stomach pains. The date was still good. My whole family had the same reaction along with a neighbor I spoke with. We had purchased 3 boxes. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
