Twice now. Last one last night from eating Alfredo with shrimp, Zatarains Alfredo with shrimp Within 3 hrs my stomach hurt like someone was carving it into pieces. Lasted 8 hrs. Got dehydrated, threw up nausea, once diarrhea hit I was bleeding thru rectum. Cold sweats too. I'm still having stomach pains 14 hrs later but not as severe. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Vomiting, Dehydration, Sweating
