I am allergic to cephalosporin antibiotics. Saturday morning, and then today - Tuesday I woke up with allergic swelling to my face. I have only gotten this type of swelling when taking cephalosporin. Friday night I had hamburgers patties from here. Monday night I broke up two patties to use in Hamburger helper. No definite proof, but the hamburger is the common factor in both reactions. I will have hamburgers this Friday night and see if I react overnight. Antihistamines control the reaction so I will be safe even if there is a reaction. Never had this problem before and have used their hamburger patties for a long time. | Symptoms: Swelling, Allergic Reaction
