Chicken Wraps Cause Illness - Walmart, Las Vegas Nevada

Bought 2 chicken caesar wraps from Walmart deli, both were good for 3 more days. Ate one for lunch and one for dinner. 2 hours after dinner, had horrible cramping, diarrhea and nausea, almost threw up but had anti-nausea medicine to help.
