Soup Causes Nausea, Dizziness - Walmart, Athens Ohio

I got some soup there a while ago and just decided to eat it today for lunch. I noticed developing nausea shortly afterwards. Specifically, the soup was Campbell's chicken and dumplings. I also have a shaking feeling in my body, feel dizzy, and have low energy. I haven't thrown up yet but feel like I'm about to. Eating just makes it worse.
