I don't want to get no one in trouble. I love Walmart and will continue to be a customer. I bought chicken salad from the Deli on thursday March 23rd, 2017. I ate it with my dinner. I ate about 4oz of it. I was the only one in my family to eat the chicken salad. I woke up around 4 am, approximately 9 hours after I ate the chicken salad and I tried to throw up but couldn't. Tried to sleep but I couldn't until finally around 5:30am I threw up. And the thought of the chicken salad was repulsive. I felt better after that but when I layed down I started shivering. I have been poisoned once before by food, so I remembered the feeling all to well. All day, I couldn't eat and when I finally found my self capable of a eating I would feel sick again after I ate. I ate crackers and ginger ale. That helped. But it's been 6 days and I still feel a little bad after I eat. That's why I'm writing. They need to be more careful at the Deli. I am a CNA and I'm very strict with handwashing. So I know it was the chicken salad. I made an appointment because I hate this nausea and pregnancy is out of the question. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
