I purchased refrigerated Litehouse Family Dressing - Blue Cheese from a Walmart in Mt Vernon, WA. It was sealed, and upon first use, I noticed it tasted "off". I consumed less than a tablespoon. Within 8 hours, I developed an excrutiating headache, severe vomiting and diarrhea. I had on and off diarrhea and nausea for 10 days. The worst food poisoning I ever had in my life. I can only assume the dressing had been found unrefrigerated and placed back in the refrigerated section. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
