Chili Sauce Causes Illness - Walmart, Pickens South Carolina

7 months ago reported by user-gftk8737 business

Walmart Supercenter, Gentry Memorial Highway, Pickens, SC, USA

2637 Gentry Memorial Highway, Pickens, 29671 South Carolina, United States

I bought two cans of Wolf brand chili sauce, and ate for dinner. About 12 am I was so sick. It felt almost like morning sickness but so much worse. I had vomiting and diarrhea almost simultaneously. This lasted all night and most of the next day if I tried to eat. I felt like my entire body was turned inside out and dumped. I had the worst headache and kept feeling chilled. I had severe gas and unstable bowel movements for 2 days afterwards. Something is wrong with this food and it needs to be taken off the shelves before someone dies! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Gas
