I ordered Marie Callender's turkey pies and Simply orange juice around July of 2024 and after consuming it I dropped to the floor and began having seizures and foaming at the mouth. The ambulance was called and I was rushed to the ER and was given anti seizing medications. I reported the incident to Walmart and I never received a response to the email or complaint filed, I lost the use of my CA. DL because of the situation as well. The last time I was able to look into the incident was in 2025 and it was still in the system. I reached out today and couldn't get any information in regards to the situation. I attempted to find a lawyer and I've had no luck. | Symptoms: Other
