Prepared Salad Triggers Illness - Walmart, Easton Pennsylvania

Prepared salad. Chicken and Bacon with avocado dressing. (I did not eat the dressing). Ate 1/3rd. Didn’t taste right. Got cramps, thought it was my period. But got worse as night went on. Nausea non stop. Turned into diarrhea several times. Then vomit. Turned into more severe nausea. Chills. Fever. Headache. Dizziness. Bad body aches. Stomach still cramping and nausea still present. 3 weeks ago, a coworker bought a salad from same location. She got symptoms that lasted 4 days | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Dizziness, Chills, Body Ache
