Eating many mini slim Jim’s  My son is almost 3 years old, he’s been having diarrhea since early this morning around 3am and on. Just about a half hour ago he sat up gagging and I grabbed a bowl quickly, the only thing he spit was a very red colored spit but not a vomit looking substance though more like spit and I was scared of the gagging. He laid down and I cleaned him up and offered some liquids but he was just very sleepy and said he was “better mommy” I have been rubbing his belly and just very stressed
