Lucky Charms Cereal Concerns - Walmart, Clinton Utah

I had an appendectomy about 3 weeks ago. I thought my stomach was having this bad stomach pain and gas from the surgery. As I looked up symptoms following an appendectomy and it said gas is possible from them blowing air inside you to assist in the surgery process. I have been having very bad having very bad stomach cramps. gas, green stools for the past few weeks. As I thought the surgery caused this until I decided to check the net about Lucky Charms cereal and now, I can see it has been reported multiple times. I'm not sure why there is no recall? There is no warning to the public to my knowledge? Anyways I am glad I found this site so that I don't have to keep going to my doctor trying to figure this out. | Symptoms: Cramps, Stomach Pain, Gas, Green Stool
