The mac and cheese was all I ate today. I was well hydrated throughout the day though. I ate it and about an hour or two later I got bad stomach pains, had diarrhea, and then I became super cold. I had to have four blankets, one of them heated. I woke up hours later in the night with a headache and my jaw hurt. I was thirsty like I had never been in my life. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
