today. Ate Lean Cuisine Spaghetti & Meatballs last night for dinner. Have been vomiting all day today. read my last response I bought it several months ago. Have kept it frozen. I bought 2 or 3 of the same thing. I ate one of the S&M 2 or 3 months ago and the same thing happened. I forgot about that episode last night when I made it again. | Symptoms: Vomiting
