Chimichanga Illness Strikes Twice - Walmart, Logan Ohio

Two weeks ago, and again today. Jose ole beef and cheese chimichangas Two weeks ago, I didn't know what caused my illness and I was in so much pain I went to urgent care.Two weeks ago I was having horrible stomach pain, diarrhea, nausea it was so intense I went to urgent care. I was dehydrated and my WBC was high, they gave me a saline iv and sent me home with bentyl.
It eventually calmed down after a couple days of a liquid diet and bentyl for the stomach cramps that felt like waves of building intensity. I thought nothing more of it, until today.
It started up again about 4 hours after eating a Jose Ole beef and cheese chimichanga that was purchased from Walmart, same symptoms as before. I only just now made the connection and I am so sad about it.. I love those things.
I had eaten one the night before and day of the initial onset of symptoms and hadn't had one since, until today. | Symptoms: Gas, Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps, Dehydration, Stomach Pain
