Recently got a birthday cake for my daughter, a small circle vanilla buttercream frosted cake with a bunch of sprinkles on the sides, ate the cake the day of her bday and was fine, she ate a small piece 2 days ago and woke up crying, vomiting, and complaining of stomach pains. I figured it was something else she ate until I decided to have a slice after dinner, and I woke up with thee worst stomach cramps, diarrhea, and some vomiting as well. I didn't eat anything out of the ordinary for dinner so I definitely rounded out the fact it was the cake, definitely wont be buying again! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain, Nausea
