Earlier this week, ate a bowl of the Walmart-brand Honey Nut O's and got horrible nausea and stomach pain about an hour later and then vomited. I tried the cereal again today, and got very sick again within an hour, nausea, extreme heartburn, stomach pain, and vomited once. Went to urgent care and all they could tell me was to quit eating the cereal. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Heartburn
