Thursday January 2026 I had a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios. Within an hour I was feeling sick. I did not know why. Until I threw up and could taste the cheerios. I called our health department in Carthage, MO. Then I called Wal Mart told them what happened. I asked them to please take the boxes off the shelf. I do not know if it affects the regular Cheerios. Then I called General Mills, told them what had happened. We were on the phone several minutes. I was really scared I was going to die alone in my bathroom; I did not have a chance to talk to my son. I am a single senior w/nobody to call. I could not make it to my phone to call 911. All I could do was lay in the floor until it was over. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Shaking
