Digiorno Pizza, Ate pizza at home for dinner. Within 4 hours me and significant other both puking and pooping for about 2 hours, until all solid and liquid has been removed from body. Finally calm down enough to sleep.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
