1/11/2024 Ground turkey from Walmart I ate turkey chili made with ground turkey from Walmart. Other than a plain bagel for breakfast, it was the only food I ate that day. Within 5 hours of eating the chili, I became violently ill. Vomiting, diarrhea, sharp abdominal pain, sweating. Back & forth to bathroom from about 2 am Thursday until it was all purged from my system Thursday evening. My daughter told me afterwards that she was ringing up ground beef at the same store the day before and it smelled rotten. Even the self-service attendant said it stunk...yet it was in the case to be sold!! I will never buy meat from Walmart again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Sweating
