Yesterday and today. I made beef stew with all food items from Walmart. The beef used was a pot roast My whole house is sick. We purchased frozen veggies and canned Campbell tomato soup as well in addition to the pot roast | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea
