"Marketside" Pizza. One of the non-frozen pizzas (in the refrigerator). This one was the "Ultimate Meat" option. Cooked it immediately after getting home, so the food must have been bad at the store. Started getting fever/aches/chills a couple hours after eating, then had some minor vomiting and diarrhea, with cramps and nausea continuing all night and throughout the next day.
