1 year ago reported by user-hgcf4499 business

Walmart Supercentre, Austin Road, Burnaby, BC, Canada

9855 Austin Road, Burnaby, V3J 1N5 British Columbia, Canada

Ate a bowl of lucky charms before bed. Woke up with severe stomach pains at 3 am. Vomiting and diarrhea that wouldn’t stop and eventually it was blood. Went to emergency twice and couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Even did a ct scan and nothing showed up. Realized today check up on the last thing I ate and this came up. All the reports similar to mine. It’s been days now and still have the pain. Especially when I eat anything now it trigger the pain. I have been on constant pain meds now and the hospital had to give me 2 IV drip bags due to major dehydration. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Stomach Pain
