Clam Chowder Illness Suspected - Warren's Station, Fenwick Island Delaware

Had dinner there yesterday. I had the clam chowder as an appetizer and the fish fillet for dinner. Not sure sure which one made me ill, but my ass is on fire. I have been crapping non-stop for 24 hours with terrible cramps. My rear is so red and sore and I’m seeing blood when I wipe. I’m never eating fish or seafood ever again. FML | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Soreness
