Suspected culprit: mushroom soup with truffle topping

Unfortunately, this is the second time I have had problems after eating in this restaurant. Once it was a chicken cashew salad and now the soup. My friend also had problems after the salad. I think it's a shame because the food there looked and tasted really good. But maybe I'm doing the restaurant an injustice. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
