Ordered chicken tenders and a strawberry banana smoothie from here Wednesday about 11. Went to work and by 8 started feeling queasy. Around 10 i ran to the back roceeded to puke my guts out.got stuck having to stay at work . Finally left after 11 ans drove home. Threw up and had diahreah till 4:30 am Thursday morning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
