I ate black beans, chicken bowl 10:45 am On Thursday nov. 14. Got home at 3:30 pm. Started feeling an upset stomach and chills. Laid in the bathtub and within 1 minute I started to vomit. Couldn’t even hold water down as dehydrated as I was. I continued to vomit through out the night every time I woke up and tried to drink something. Missed work and might lose my job.. I ordered black beans and chicken/pork bowl on Thursday 11/14/2024 around 10:45 am. Later that day around 4:00pm I started feeling sick. Upset stomach, chills, feeling weak, no energy, and started to vomit six different times. I couldn’t go to work on Friday due to not feeling well. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Dehydration
