I ordered a bean and rice burrito at wawa January 16th night and ate it around 10 pm. And around 17th January 10:30 am, I started to feel a headache come on and nausea. Then I threw up the burrito ingredients twice, then kept threw up all liquids in my stomach and anything i took a sip of i threw that up too. And diarrhea along with the vomiting each time. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Headache
