Food Safety Report: Wawa, Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA, USA

2 years ago reported by user-hwgf6675 business

Wawa, Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA, USA

1300 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, 19107 Pennsylvania, United States

I ordered the Chips Ahoy milkshake from there while out with a friend. 35 minutes later I feel nausea, stomach pains, extreme cramps, and shivers in a hot car. I thought to myself maybe I’m lactose intolerant, but I’ve had many of the same drink from other stores before with no issue, they were delicious. 5 minutes later, I feel the inevitable urge to throw up so I step outside, and do so. Nothing but milkshake and bile. That’s not all, though. Stomach still feels like it has a bullet in it. While gagging and trying to vomit as nothing was coming up, along came the diarrhea. I had to physically lay on the ground due to the pain and I’m a pretty muscular guy and an auto mechanic. I had to pull my pants down quickly to avoid crapping my pants, man. The pain was unbearable, I thought I was going to f****** die at the Belmont plateau at 2am. EMS/911 were called. They told me if it was food poisoning, I already crapped and puked it out. I told them “don’t look at me” the scene was disgusting as they were trying to reassure me that this is common. Poop and puke everywhere, I am not joking. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain, Bile
