Ate a quesadilla at 6pm was fine & a fruit bowl at 11pm it smelled a little off & after inspecting it there was an over rip piece of cantaloupe which I took out & the smell went away. I ate only the fruit opposite to that which wasn’t touching it. This was Fri 8/4 at 3:00 I woke up with the worst stomach pains ever & have been having diarrhea and throwing up since. Today is day 5 stomach still doing flips not hungry & I called family doc to get anti nausea medicine. Which helped today so far on the throwing up part. No bathroom because I don’t think I have anything left in me. Just horrible stomach & low back pain. Which is from the need to go to the bathroom but with no food in me can’t. I can hold some liquids down. Never again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
