Got a burger and friends along with chicken tenders. I was literally up all night with diarrhea and vomiting simultaneously. I wasn’t sure if I had to go to the hospital because of the fever. It’s about 24 hours since I ate the food and I’m just beginning feel like I could walk. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
