Lettuce wrapped burger. Positive because that was the only food consumed yesterday  May have been caused from lettuce not being washed properly. I noticed a dead fruit fly inside the folds of the leaves. I figure its not that uncommon for small bugs to be on lettuce but after being severly sick, I am inclined to believe it wasn't washed thoroughly  | Symptoms: Vomiting
