Lettuce Suspected in Illness - Wegmans, Johnson City New York

Started last Saturday I am pretty sure it was shredded lettuce from wegmans. Their brand I was the only one in the house who ate that. I started getting nausea last Saturday and diarrhea on and off. On tuesday night I barely made it into the bathroom. Wednesday night I was so dizzy I almost fell over. I am still not feeling the best. Coming in waves today | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Dizziness
