I had the tuna poke bowl. I hadn’t had lunch and it was the first thing I ate all day. After 20 mins of eating it I was throwing up and having diarrhea and painful stomach cramps. I am writing this as I am laying down still sick after 2 hours of this. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
