I have had severe stomach cramping and diarrhea for the past 32 hours. I bought fresh ingredients from Wegmans to make tacos. My husband did not get sick and the foods that I ate but he did not were fresh coriander (cilantro) avocado and tomatoes (on the vine). We both ate bagged shredded lettuce. I think one of these ingredients may have given me salmonella poisoning. My stomach cramping and squeezing is very painful and hasnt let up much. I cant sleep and keep having to go to the bathroom. My stomach churns and tightens and churns some more. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Cramps
