This was a food truck parked on campus called Well-Fed Ed. On 4/3 I ordered "the music teacher" from Well Fed Ed food truck at CFCC downtown campus. I ate this at 1130am. This is a vegan food truck and there is no meat. At 6:30 pm I became violently ill. The severe stomach pain lasted until 4/5, but the diarrhea and vomiting and headaches have persisted and it is now 4/11 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
