Chili Illness: Severe Vomiting - Wendy's, Denver Colorado

Chili At around 8pm we went to this location for dinner. My son ordered chicken nuggets and fries I ordered a large chili and fries. At 5am I woke up violently ill vomiting the chili and fries from here the night before. I threw up until 12pm and finally passed out until 4pm. Feeling better now, but still have a fever and pretty weak. Son is not sick and did not have any symptoms. We also had zero symptoms prior. It happened Today from here. Only me. I ate fries and chili and that's exactly what I vomited up. Awful. | Symptoms: Fever, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea, Weakness
