About 2 to 3 hours after eating the Southwest Chicken Avocado Salad I became nauseous with stomach pains, vomiting and diarrhea. I’m wondering if it could be due to the recent romaine lettuce recall. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
