Biggie Meal Illness Report - Wendy's, Houston Texas

I ordered a biggie meal from Wendy’s on Tuesday, ate some of it for lunch and immediately started feeling odd so I stopped eating the food. About 10-15 minutes later I felt the urge to go to the restroom and began feeling waves of nauseous, I had diarrhea and few times going back and forth to the restroom and then I got really hot, started sweating and all of a sudden I threw everything up around 2:30pm.
I was not able to eat any regular food or pass any regular bowel movements for the next two days. I repeatedly threw up on Wednesday so I just stopped eating and barely drank any water or anything.

I finally decided to eat some soup on Wednesday around 6pm and it went down okay but then the stomach pains began in the middle of the night.

Today is Thursday and I am feeling the hard pains in my stomach and not able to pass a bowel movement while still feeling waves of nauseous. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Sweating
