I ate Wendys on August 8, 2018 I had a number 10 with baconator fries a double chocolate chip cookie a strawberry lemonade and ranch and creamy Saracha on the side I developed symptoms a few hours later intense neausa, vomiting, and diarrhea it’s now been two days and symptoms have not gone away | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
