Taco Salad Illness Hospitalization - Wendy's, Burien Washington

I WAS HOSPITALIZED FOR 2 DAYS: On Thursday, October 17, 2019 about 11:30 a.m. I had a taco salad for lunch (which contains chili). It was my only meal of the day so far that day. Two hours later I started having severe intestinal cramps and diarrhea and felt weak. The next day the diarrhea continued and I started having nausea. I started throwing up that evening and continued with the diarrhea. I had vomiting, stomach cramps and diarrhea for the next 3 days. It resulted in severe dehydration and I had to be hospitalized for 2 days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration, Other, Weakness
