chicken nuggets and French fries, Ate food for dinner around 5:30. Stomach hurt when I got done eating. Laid down. Woke up around 9:30 and started violently vomiting and having diarrhea. Continued throughout the night. Felt weak. Had chills, hot flashes.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Chills
